Gihan or ‘Dr G’, is a GP working at Wheelers Hill Clinic in South East Melbourne. For those who are suffering from their mental health, he offers ‘coaching style’ counselling sessions under mental health care plans or extended consultations. For those who are looking to prevent chronic disease (e.g. heart disease, diabetes, strokes, obesity), he takes an approach that prioritises lifestyle change(e.g. diet, exercise, sleep, stress management) over prescriptions.
Alongside his GP practice, he is a speaker, mentor and coach who works with individuals and organisations to master the intersection of the 3 H’s–Happiness, Health and High Performance. He is also the co-host of the ‘Solve for Greatness’ podcast.
